Current issue: Ethical Issues of Emerging ICT applications
Welcome to the Third issue of the EIEx Magazine, this month dedicated to Ethical Issues in ICT. Novel technologies present us with great opportunities and allows us to do many things in a more efficient, timely and convenient manner. At the same time, they present us with tough and challenging questions when we consider some of the ethical implications associated with the various technologies we currently have or are likely to have at our disposal in the future.
Previous issue: Renewable Energies Special
Welcome to the second issue of the EIEx Magazine, this month dedicated to Renewable Energies. The decision to focus on this area was an easy one to make given the current rates of innovation in this sector.
Previous issue: Nanotech Special
Welcome to the first edition of the European Innovation Exchange (EIE) Magazine. In 1969 they put men on the moon and 40 years later the European Innovation Exchange (EIE) was founded. Well, the two events are not linked in any way except for the fact that the EIE is set to perform a feat which, on the face of it, is as unlikely as the lunar landings. That feat is to bring the two worlds of commerce and academia closer together in order to establish economic benefit from the European research and development scene.
